For the next few weeks ‘Terra Terroir’, a local favorite in Brookhaven, will be featuring a handful of Richland Rum inspired dishes as a part of an effort to spotlight ‘Georgia’s Spirit’. The Terra Terroir team composed an excellent three course meal to kick off the initiative, with dishes that include a Richland Rum House Cured Salmon as an appetizer, a Richland Rum Glazed Pork Belly BLT for the main course, and a Richland Rum infused Pineapple Upside Down Cake for a sweet finish. Each dish goes very well with a ‘Richland Rocks’, but a ‘Richland Coffee’ alongside the pineapple upside down cake may be too perfect to pass up.
Be sure to drop by Terra Terroir and try out these fantastic dishes. We appreciate the generosity of Assistant GM Chris Driollet, Chef Anthony Scorza, Pastry Chef Carl McLaren, and the entire team at Terra Terroir in helping us put together this tasty initiative to eat local and drink local. Cheers!
